In order to overcome this weakness, I will practice my speech at a slower rate of speed, so that if I do speed up during delivery it will not be as noticeable. In conclusion, in order to give an effective presentation, one must overcome their weaknesses. Yet, at the same time, we must also be able to exploit our strengths. My greatest strength is the ability to organize the presentation. This is the key to helping me to overcome my weaknesses. My strong voice and correct posture give me an appearance of self-confidence and authority. I will use this strength to offset my tendency to talk fast in stressful situations.
